How often will I receive the POV emails?

Subscribers receive an email blast every fortnight, on the first and third Tuesday of the month.

Immediately after subscribing you’ll also receive a welcome email with a PDF download explaining the basic data on Gen Z and their core values.

 

Can I request a specific topic to be covered in a future email?

Sure! We welcome requests and suggestions from subscribers – Shoot us an email with the Q you need an A for. The POV Insights team can also create and deliver a custom Gen Z workshop for your business, consult on brand campaigns and advise on communications strategies. Just ask!

Do I have to buy a new subscription for all my staff?

No! POV Insights is a company-wide subscription service. Process the payment for one person, and follow the steps in your confirmation email to give additional staff members access to the subscription without paying anything extra.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account to cancel your subscription. You will continue to receive emails until the end of your billing cycle.

Please contact us if you want to stop receiving emails before the end of your billing cycle, or if you need assistance cancelling your sub.

Is there a limit to how many staff can access one subscription?

Nope! However all email addresses using the subscription service must have the same domain. Contact us on hey@povinsights.com if you have subscription queries.
